About Damien Sebe

Damien Sebe is a music producer and artist. Born on April 15, 1998, Damien had long been fascinated by how music was created. He finally got the opportunity to learn how to make beats on his first laptop in 2014.

It wasn't until after high school that he decided to go full-time with music. He first released instrumental music in December 2018 with his debut EP Golden Hour, which includes the TikTok favorite Palm Trees. He drew on his Hip Hop beat-making experience for this project.

After a few single releases, his music evolved into more of a Lo-Fi Hip Hop and Chillhop sound. His 2019 releases, including the EP Ocean Swallows the Sky, serve as the perfect catalyst for his newfound interest in the subgenre(s).

Damien has been influenced by a variety of artists, including L'Indécis, Saib, Mondo Loops, L.Dre, Yestalgia, quickly quickly, Wun Two, Elijah Who, and potsu. Some of the most notable curators have included his music on their playlists, including College Music, Fantastic Music, Stereofox, Chilled Empire and Pueblo Vista. His music has also been used in videos by over 18,000 YouTube creators.
