Welcome to Damien Sebe Merch. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shop.damiensebe.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape content or place fraudulent orders
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute site content without permission

Products & Orders
All products are created and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly from what appears on screen.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain errors, or violate these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, product names, and images, is the property of Damien Sebe or used with permission. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written consent.
The designs, artwork, and branding on our products are original works. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of these designs is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Damien Sebe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Damien Sebe from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
